The Samshield VG-1 size system consists of 3 different shells which are suitable for different liner sizes, below you can see which sizes of liner fit the different Samshield shells.

• Samshield cap shell S is suitable for a liner size 52 up to and including 56
• Samshield cap shell M is suitable for a liner/liner size 55 to 58 inclusive
• Samshield cap shell L is suitable for a liner/liner size 57 up to and including 61

Notice:

• Size 55 and 56 are available for both an S shell and an M shell.
• Size 57 and 58 are available for both an M shell and an L shell.

MATERIALS FOR OPTIMAL SAFETY
The exterior of the Samshield Shadowmatt helmet is made of polycarbonate, a material that is used for high-end motorcycle helmets, among other things. The helmet is covered with a matte anti-scratch paint finish. The inner shell is made of variable-density polystyrene that allows for better dissipation of the energy produced in a collision.

STABILITY
The internal comfort foam (liner) with "shape memory" ensures a constant thickness during the years of use and the semi-flexible neck strap avoids any risk of tipping over in the event of an abrupt movement. This internal comfort foam is removable thanks to a much stronger clip system than the scratch/Velcro system. It can therefore be washed (max. 30 °C) and thus ensures a constantly clean helmet.

PERFECT SIZE ADJUSTMENT FOR UNPARALLELED COMFORT
A thorough anthropomorphic study led to a shell shape on the inside with an unmatched fitting comfort design. Available in 3 shell sizes (S, M, L). Each shell accommodates 5-6 foam layers (liners) of different sizes on the inside for a perfect fit to the rider's head. The grid size is available from 51-61. With this system it is also possible to follow the growth of a young rider.

POWERFUL INTERNAL AIRFLOW
Equipped with an air intake at the front, the Shadowmatt helmet provides exceptional ventilation. Fresh air is channeled through the front access to openings at the back around the comfort foam, preventing sweating. This concept ensures strong internal airflow, avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air intakes: the equestrian elegance is maintained without sacrificing technicality and comfort.

The Shadowmatt helmet is available in black, blue and brown. It is also available with a Crystal Swarovski top, a Shimmer Leather top or with 5 or 255 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.

The Shadowmatt is available with the dressage chin strap option: this option allows women to wear their hair in a bun without being restricted by the helmet's harness. This chinstrap is 2.5 cm shorter for more room for the hair bun.
