Each product on our website shows the expected delivery time. During checkout, you'll see an estimate of when we can likely ship your order. If the product is not in stock, we will order it from our supplier. In that case, we will contact you via email with the expected shipping date.

No, custom-designed or personalized products cannot be returned at HypoStore. These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: shipping is free for orders from €49.
Below this amount, standard shipping fees apply, shown during checkout.

Yes, absolutely! You may order multiple sizes to try on at home. Don’t forget: the return period is 14 days, and return shipping is at your own expense.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will remove it from your order and refund the paid amount as soon as possible.

At HypoStore, we aim to ship orders in one go. If you ordered products with different delivery times, the order is usually shipped once all items are available.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and backordered items.

Then send an email to [email protected] with your account email address and your VAT number. We will convert your account to a business account, so your VAT number appears on the invoice.
