Terms:

2. Proof of Price: A link to the offer or a clear screenshot showing the date, price, and product details is required.
3. Including All Costs: The price comparison must include all additional costs, such as shipping and VAT.
4. Official Retailers: The offer must come from an official retailer. Online auctions, private sellers, or unverifiable webshops are excluded.
5. Availability: The product must be in stock and immediately available from the competing retailer.

How do you claim the Lowest Price Guarantee?

Send us an email with your order number and the evidence of the lower price. Our team will review the information and contact you about adjusting your purchase price.

Exceptions:

• Products that are part of a liquidation, clearance sale, or other non-regular sale.
• Prices that are part of typos, advertising errors, or price mistakes.
