Products ordered in the Emmeloord shop may be returned by post. 

Simply follow the steps below for a quick and smooth return process:

Return Instructions

1. Try or check the product as soon as possible after receipt. Keep all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure the product stays clean; returns with horse hair, dirt, or damage cannot be accepted.
2. Register your return through our return portal: https://hypostore.returnless.com/
3. Pack the product securely in a sturdy box or bag. Do not attach a label directly to the original product packaging. Using a reused box? Please remove any old barcodes.
4. Using your own shipping label? Please include your details (name and order number) inside the package so we know who the return is from.
5. After receipt, we will process your return within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made in the Emmeloord shop can only be exchanged in the shop within 7 days. Returns are not possible.

The return period at HypoStore is 14 days after receipt of your order. Within this timeframe, you can return the item without giving a reason.

Yes, the costs for returning your order are at your own expense. Through our return portal you can use a return label at a reduced rate. Of course, you are also free to choose your own carrier, as long as the package is sufficiently prepaid.

Yes, you can return an online order at our store. Make sure the product is undamaged, clean, and in its original condition, preferably with the return form and your order number.

Yes, you can return two different orders in one package. Register your returns through the return portal: register one order in the usual way to receive the return label, and register the other order(s) as “return in store.” Include all return forms in the package so it’s clear which products belong to which order number.

Once we’ve received your package, your return will be processed within 7 days.

Yes, that is possible.

Please register your return via our return portal. Include a note or the return form with your package indicating which product you would like to exchange for. The original discount will remain valid.

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or color? No problem!

Once you have registered your return, you can download the return form from the portal. On this form, you can indicate which product you would like to receive in exchange (e.g., a different size or color). Print out the form and include it with your package.
Don't have a printer? You can also write the information on a separate piece of paper and include it with your return.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you the exchanged product free of charge.
Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

Returns are only accepted if the product is complete, in its original condition and packaging. Supplements with a broken or opened seal cannot be returned.

After registration and receipt in good condition, we will refund the amount within 14 days to your account.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.
If cancelled before shipment, the amount will be refunded within a few working days after confirmation.
