How do I return my order?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! At HypoStore you can easily return your order. Simply follow the steps below for a quick and smooth return process:
Return Instructions
Try or check the product as soon as possible after receipt. Keep all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure the product stays clean; returns with horse hair, dirt, or damage cannot be accepted.
Pack the product securely in a sturdy box or bag. Do not attach a label directly to the original product packaging. Using a reused box? Please remove any old barcodes.
Using your own shipping label? Please include your details (name and order number) inside the package so we know who the return is from.
After receipt, we will process your return within 7 days.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Returns are only accepted if the product is complete, in its original condition and packaging. Supplements with a broken or opened seal cannot be returned.
After registration and receipt in good condition, we will refund the amount within 14 days to your account.

I have a problem with a product, what should I do?
Is something wrong with a received product? Please report it within 7 days of receipt to our customer service in the following way:
Send an email to [email protected] with: - Your order number/invoice - A clear photo of the issue - A photo of the product label (if available)
Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
