HypoStore ships your order insured and with international parcel tracking. All orders over €49 are delivered free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For certain large or heavy items, an additional surcharge may be applied at checkout.
All products are carefully packaged. Should your order arrive damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details.
In stock on our website means in stock in our own warehouse, guaranteeing fast delivery. Order before 18:00 (CET) and all items in stock? Your order will be shipped the same business day. We do not send partial deliveries. If part of your order is out of stock, we recommend placing a separate order for the available items.
Please note: The maximum weight per shipment is 30 kg within Europe and 20 kg outside Europe. If your order exceeds these limits, we may need to remove items. We do not ship items with a value below €10/kg (such as horse feed and treats) outside the EU. Very long or large items may also be restricted from shipping. We will contact you in these cases.
If you suspect there is a problem with your package in transit, please contact us. We can start an investigation, which may take up to 60 days for destinations outside the European Union.
