The Birth Alarm Classic is a reliable horse birthing alert system that has proven its reliability over many years. This easily installed system can be conveniently attached to an anti-roll girth, alerting owners at the right moment to the birth of the foal, which usually occurs at night.

When a mare begins to give birth, she lies fully on her flanks to better manage the contractions. After precisely 7.6 seconds in this position, the Birth Alarm Classic activates an alarm, allowing the owner to be present in time for the birth.

The Birth Alarm Classic consists of a transmitter and a fixed receiver, offering high reliability as it does not depend on, for example, the battery level of a phone. This system has a range of 500 meters and does not require a SIM card.

A special feature of the Birth Alarm Classic is the sleep mode, which is particularly useful for about 15% of pregnant mares that sleep fully on their side, which normally would be an exception. This ensures the onset of labor is signaled in all cases.

Furthermore, the Birth Alarm Classic can be used as an alert system for the horse's health condition. For example, if a horse suffers a severe colic attack and lies in a critical lateral position for more than 3 seconds, the receiver's alarm automatically activates, providing timely warning of potential health risks.
