The Bucas Power Turnout Medium Big Neck is the most advanced outdoor blanket in the Bucas range. Thanks to the use of high-tech materials, this blanket offers a unique combination of warmth, breathability, and extreme durability — suitable for temperatures as low as -15°C.

Specially designed for broad shoulders
The Big Neck version has been specially developed for horses with broader shoulders and a powerful build, such as stallions, Friesians, and Andalusian horses. The wider neck opening and broader cut ensure an optimal fit without pinching or chafing — allowing these horses to retain the full range of motion they deserve.

Superior protection, summer and winter
The outer fabric of ballistic nylon is exceptionally strong and completely waterproof, while the breathable construction ensures that moisture is always wicked away. The heat-reflective aluminum coating retains your horse's body heat, similar to a traditional thick winter blanket. At higher temperatures (up to +14°C), the blanket automatically regulates warmth — so your horse is always comfortable, regardless of the weather.

Dry and hygienic thanks to Stay-Dry lining
The special Stay-Dry fleece lining wicks moisture away from the skin instantly and keeps your horse dry. The anti-bacterial lining protects the skin and keeps the blanket fresh, even after intensive use. The shoulder areas are equipped with a soft silk-feel covering for extra comfort and smooth freedom of movement.

Perfect fit, day after day
Thanks to the shoulder pleats, overlapping comfortable front, and elastic belly straps, the blanket fits snugly and stays in place even during movement. The Click'n Go closure system makes putting on and taking off easy and quick. Reflective strips on the tail flap and front corners also provide visibility in the dark.

The Power Turnout Medium Big Neck is equipped with attachment points for a Bucas Combi-Neck and can be combined with the Bucas Quilt under-blanket (available with 150 or 300 grams of wool filling) for extra warmth in the coldest months.
