Pure oatmeal - fibers, minerals and the mysterious avenanthramides Ground oat kernels contain many valuable substances. First and foremost - a large portion of fiber. Oatmeal contains many beneficial fats and antioxidants, as well as vitamins and minerals. Of the vitamins, B and E are the most important, while among the minerals manganese, magnesium, copper and selenium deserve attention. An interesting component of oat meal is also avenanthramides, whose name comes from the Latin name of oats - Avena sativa. Avenanthramides are exceptionally strong antioxidants, necessary to keep the body in good health.
Wholemeal flour
It is primarily a source of a large amount of protein, dietary fiber and vitamins from groups B, K, D and E. Regular consumption of linseed oil strengthens the heart, provides energy, increases the body's immunity and helps achieve hormonal balance. The horse's wellbeing also improves and the unsaturated fatty acids in linseed oil have a positive effect on the psyche.
