It can be used before or after training and preventively or as a wellness.
- Before training: Warm up the muscles before they have to work: High setting (RED) 15-20 minutes.
- After training: Relaxation of the muscles after training: Medium position (Blue) Up to 30 minutes up to 2x a day.
- Preventive or Wellness: Medium to high (RED/BLUE) 15-30 minutes to 2x a day. On the lowest setting (GREEN) it can be used for up to 40 minutes.
