We ship worldwide, so you can receive your order almost anywhere. Is your country not listed? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

At HypoStore, we usually ship with PostNL. In the Netherlands, PostNL handles delivery. In other European countries or worldwide, PostNL transfers the parcel to a local carrier.

Sometimes, UPS may be used depending on the weight and destination.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check whether it might have been delivered to your neighbors or left somewhere around your home, such as your front door, shed, garden, or under a canopy.

Still can’t find it? Please contact us via this form. We’ll ask you to fill in a recipient’s declaration so we can start an investigation with the postal organisation. (Always include your order number and track & trace code so we can help you quickly.)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with track & trace, so you can easily follow your parcel.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. As the weight increases, shipping costs may change accordingly. You can find an up-to-date overview of shipping rates per country on our shipping page:

All applicable shipping costs are also clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Haven’t received a delivery time for your order yet? We’ve contacted the supplier and will email you the expected shipping date as soon as possible.

Prefer not to wait? You can always modify or cancel your order. Contact our customer service and include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Has the promised delivery time passed and you still haven't received your order? Don’t worry! In this case, we have already inquired with our supplier. Sometimes there is a delay in production or in the shipment to our warehouse.

As soon as the product arrives, we will ship it to you immediately. If it takes longer, you will receive an email from us with an updated delivery date. Based on that, you can choose whether to wait, modify, or cancel your order.

If your package couldn’t be delivered, the postal organisation usually leaves a note with instructions. Often, the package is brought to a nearby pickup point for you to collect or extra information is required.

We recommend checking your track & trace status closely. For any questions or issues, contact our customer service.

Yes, HypoStore offers express shipping so you can receive your order faster. During checkout, you can select an express option depending on availability and the product.

Note: Express shipping may incur extra costs and is not available for all products.

Still waiting for your order? Don’t worry, your package may be delayed due to high volume at the postal organisation. They do their best to deliver it as soon as possible.

You can track your shipment using the track & trace link we emailed you. Delayed packages are often delivered within a few days.
