We process returns within 7 working days after receipt. You can check the delivery date of your return via the track & trace of the carrier.

Has it been more than 7 working days since your return was delivered and you haven’t received confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service and include your order number and the track & trace proof, so we can assist you faster.

Once your return is processed, the amount will be refunded automatically to the account used for payment. 

Did your order arrive damaged? Please take clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, the label on the box, and the total package weight.

The standard warranty period on our products is 1 year, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults not caused by normal use.

If you have an issue with a product, please contact our customer service. Send a clear photo of the defect, your order number, and a picture of the product label so we can assist you quickly with a solution.

Is something wrong with a received product? Please report it within 7 days of receipt to our customer service in the following way:

  - Your order number/invoice
  - A clear photo of the issue
  - A photo of the product label (if available)

Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
