HorseFlex Devil's Claw Coarse is a feed for horses to support general mobility and maintain supple joints.
Devil's claw is a plant that grows in the Kalahari desert of South Africa. The plant gets its name from the curved hooks of its fruits, but it is the root tubers that contain the active substances in devil's claw. The root tubers of the devil's claw plant contain two glucoriridoids: procumboside and harpagoside, which support the ease of movement of the joints. This makes devil's claw a fine herb for aging horses to support general mobility.
HorseFlex Devil's Claw Coarse consists of 100% coarsely ground roots of the plant. This form is easy to give when your horse's ration mainly consists of roughage. If your horse gets chunks, mash or muesli, you can also opt for the finely ground Devil's Claw.
