HorseFlex Magnesium chelate is a feed for horses to support the muscles, muscle metabolism and the nervous system. Magnesium chelate is the best absorbable form of magnesium and therefore very suitable for horses with an increased need for magnesium.
What is magnesium chelate for horses?
Magnesium chelate is the most absorbable form of magnesium and is less hindered by competing minerals. This is why magnesium chelate is often used in horses with an increased need for magnesium to support the muscles. In this way, magnesium naturally contributes to a healthy muscle metabolism and also supports the nervous system, which also contributes to the relaxation of your horse.

Dosage
HorseFlex Magnesium Chelate can easily be given over the food. You may moisten it slightly so that the powder is not blown out of the bowl.
Maintenance dosage:
Horse or pony up to 350kg: 10 grams – 1.25 scoops per day.
Horse over 350kg: 15 grams – 2 scoops per day.
In acute use:
give an increased dosage for 4 – 6 weeks:
Horse or pony up to 350kg: 20 grams – 2.5 scoops per day
Horse over 350kg: 30 grams – 4 scoops per day
