Does your horse need a bit more room at the chest? The Kentucky Chest Expander ensures that every blanket fits perfectly. The chest expander is universal and fits blankets with the same type of closure (such as the Horseware Amigo blanket). The Chest Expander is perfect for horses with a wide chest or horse breeds like the Quarter Horse.
The outside of the Waterproof Chest Expander is waterproof and highly resistant to tearing. The inside of the Chest Expander is made from our artificial wool. This makes it feel extremely soft.
In addition to the standard closure, there is also a Velcro closure to ensure that the Chest Expander stays in place. The Waterproof Chest Expander provides an extra 19cm at the horse's chest.

Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend washing them as little as possible and, when you do, to use our laundry bags to preserve the quality of your item for a long time. We also recommend using professional machines (larger capacity) to minimize the risk of sticking together. To dry, simply hang the product up on a sunny day. Use of the dryer is not recommended.
