The fit is easily recognizable by the labels: the Oval liner has an orange label, while the Normal liner has both an orange and a black label.

A well-fitting helmet starts with the right liner. This new liner is not only softer and more durable, but also contributes directly to the shock-absorbing properties of the helmet due to its ergonomic design.

Hygiene and Material

Thanks to the integrated Sanitized® technology, you can enjoy constant freshness. This antibacterial treatment works deep into the fibers of the fabric, which is essential for riders who train daily. The eco-green materials are not only friendly to the environment but also to sensitive scalps; they minimize irritation and quickly wick sweat away to the outer layers.

Identify Your Fit: Normal vs. Oval

Since no two heads are the same, KEP Italia offers two specific shapes. You can easily recognize the fit of the latest liners by the color coding on the labels:

Normal (Round) Liner: The standard fit for an average head shape. This liner is recognizable by both an orange and a black label on the inside.
Oval Liner: Specifically designed for riders with a narrower, longer head. This liner is recognizable by only an orange label. This shape prevents pressure points on the forehead and ensures a better fit at the sides.

Maintenance

The liner can be easily clicked out of the helmet via the snap closures. For optimal lifespan and hygiene, we recommend washing the liner regularly at 30°C (hand wash or gentle cycle). Always air dry the liner to maintain its shape and the Sanitized® effect.
