The liner features a high-quality Sanitized® treatment, which effectively repels bacteria and unpleasant odors, keeping your helmet significantly fresher for longer. Made from 100% eco-friendly and breathable materials, this pad ensures superior moisture regulation and a silky-soft contact with the skin.
The fit is easily recognizable by the labels: the Oval liner has an orange label, while the Normal liner has both an orange and a black label.
This easily removable and washable (30°C) liner guarantees the world-renowned stability and safety that KEP Italia is known for.

Identify Your Fit: Normal vs. Oval
Since no two heads are the same, KEP Italia offers two specific shapes. You can easily recognize the fit of the latest liners by the color coding on the labels:
- Normal (Round) Liner: The standard fit for an average head shape. This liner is recognizable by both an orange and a black label on the inside.
- Oval Liner: Specifically designed for riders with a narrower, longer head. This liner is recognizable by only an orange label. This shape prevents pressure points on the forehead and ensures a better fit at the sides.
Maintenance
The liner can be easily clicked out of the helmet via the snap closures. For optimal lifespan and hygiene, we recommend washing the liner regularly at 30°C (hand wash or gentle cycle). Always air dry the liner to maintain its shape and the Sanitized® effect.
