It comes with replaceable padding on the back of the nosepiece, with the option of merino wool or a soft leather pad. A special D-ring on the noseband ensures that the pads sit smoothly against the horse's cheeks and jaw. This ensures a custom fit for different jaw shapes, and the hind strap can move independently.
