The Samshield VG-1 size system consists of 3 different shells which are suitable for the different liner sizes. Below you can see which sizes of liner fit the different Samshield shells.

• Samshield cap shell S is suitable for a liner size 52 up to and including 56
• Samshield cap shell M is suitable for a liner/liner size 55 to 58 inclusive
• Samshield cap shell L is suitable for a liner/liner size 57 up to and including 61

Notice:

• Size 55 and 56 are available for both an S shell and an M shell.
• Size 57 and 58 are available for both an M shell and an L shell. 

MATERIALS FOR OPTIMAL SAFETY
The exterior of the Samshield Premium helmet is made of polycarbonate, a material that is used for high-end motorcycle helmets, among others. The helmet is covered with an original Alcantara®. The inner shell is made of variable-density polystyrene that allows for better dissipation of the energy produced in a collision.

PERFECT SIZE ADJUSTMENT FOR UNPARALLELED COMFORT
A thorough anthropomorphic study led to an inner shell shape with an unmatched fit comfort design. Available in 3 shell sizes (S, M, L). Each shell accommodates 5-6 foam layers (liners) of different sizes on the inside for a perfect fit to the rider's head. The grid size is available from 51-61. With this system it is also possible to follow the growth of a young rider.

STABILITY
The internal comfort foam (liner) with "shape memory" ensures a constant thickness during the years of use and the semi-flexible neck strap avoids any risk of tipping over in the event of an abrupt movement. This internal comfort foam is removable thanks to a much stronger clip system than the scratch/Velcro system. It can therefore be washed (max. 30 °C) and thus ensures a constantly clean helmet.

INCREDIBLE INTERNAL VENTILATION
The Samshield Premium helmet provides exceptional ventilation because it is equipped with two air intakes on the front. Fresh air is channeled through the entrance under the blazon and the channel created thanks to a unique concept where the helmet does not make contact with the rider's forehead. Fresh air expels warm air to the openings at the back around the comfort foam (liners), making sweating impossible! This concept ensures a strong internal airflow, avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air intakes: the equestrian elegance is maintained without sacrificing technicality and comfort. Supplied with a removable and washable comfort liner inside (clip system attachment) and a transport backpack.

The Premium is available with the dressage chinstrap. Option: this option allows women to wear their hair in a bun without being restricted by the helmet's harness. This chinstrap is 2.5 cm shorter for more room for the hair bun.
