This supports the mobility and lubrication of the joints and ensures strong joints and bones. Glucosamine provides building blocks for the formation of cartilage. Collagen is important for mobile joints, strong ligaments and tendons, and healthy bones and muscles. MSM is particularly known for its properties as an antioxidant and joint support. The added hyaluronic acid is an important lubricant for the joints.
