The snaffle:

The water snaffle is a basic bit that can be used by both experienced and inexperienced riders. They are available in single and double broken versions and in different thickness sizes. The thinner the bit the sharper the action and the more experienced the horse and rider must be to ride with it.

The innovative Ultra KK bits from sprenger take advantage of the sensitivity of the horse's tongue. When the reins are pulled the middle part rests completely on the tongue without any pinching effect. The anatomically formed mouthpiece makes these bits extra comfortable for the horse and allows the rider to give clear and precise instructions.

The Sensogan bits from Sprenger:

Sensogan is composed of 75% copper, 13% manganese and 12% zinc. Because of this composition, the material oxidizes in a dosed fashion. The oxidation creates a pleasant taste, making the horse more likely to accept the bit and relax. In addition, it stimulates the formation of saliva. Sensogan helps to reduce stress and has the added advantage that it discolors less quickly and is therefore maintenance friendly. Sensogan bits are recognizable by the black circles on the head side. In one of these circles there is an arrow. This arrow must point forward on the left side of the horse's mouth.
