The Velari Bustrens Soft Flex Soft combines the softest mouthpiece from the Velari line with the extra stability of fixed bustrens rings. Like the water trens variant, this model features integrated bit rings that prevent the horse's lips from coming into contact with metal. The horse only experiences the soft synthetic material, which significantly reduces tension and resistance in sensitive horses. Horses that react even to subtle cues find a calm and familiar feeling in the mouth with this bit.
The ultra-flexible straight mouthpiece follows the natural shape of the mouth and cushions rein aids before they are felt as pressure, helping sensitive horses to stretch forward in a relaxed manner. While the water trens variant offers more freedom of movement through the loose rings, the fixed bustrens rings provide a quieter and more stable position in the mouth. Excessive sideways movement is limited, which reduces the risk of pinching in the corners of the mouth and provides a more consistent contact for horses that value calmness and routine.
