Whole grain flour
It is primarily a source of a large amount of proteins, dietary fibers, and vitamins from groups B, K, D, and E. It is also a treasure trove of elements needed for the proper functioning of the body, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and sulfur. These ingredients nourish the body, provide a long-lasting feeling of satiety, regulate the functioning of the digestive system and the nervous system, improve brain function, and have a positive effect on concentration. The high content of potassium and magnesium positively affects the functioning of the heart and circulation and protects against atherosclerosis and heart diseases.
