Pure oatmeal - fibers, minerals, and mysterious avenanthramides
Ground oat grains contain many valuable substances. First and foremost - a large portion of fiber. Oatmeal contains many beneficial fats and antioxidants, as well as vitamins and minerals. Of the vitamins, B and E are the most important, while among the minerals, manganese, magnesium, copper, and selenium deserve attention. An interesting component of oat flour is also avenanthramides, whose name comes from the Latin name for oats - avena sativa. Avenanthramides are exceptionally strong antioxidants that are necessary to keep the body in good health.
Whole grain flour
It is primarily a source of a large amount of proteins, dietary fibers, and vitamins from groups B, K, D, and E. It is also a treasure trove of elements necessary for the proper functioning of the body, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and sulfur. These ingredients nourish the body, provide a long-lasting feeling of satiety, regulate the functioning of the digestive and nervous systems, improve brain function, and have a positive effect on concentration. The high content of potassium and magnesium positively affects the functioning of the heart and circulation and protects against atherosclerosis and heart diseases. Iron and calcium, in turn, protect against anemia and strengthen the bones. Sulfur, like vitamin E, has a beneficial effect on the skin.

Cornmeal also contains zeaxanthin, which has antioxidant properties but also positively affects the quality of vision. In combination with the present vitamin A, it protects the eyes against glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Cornmeal has a slightly sweet taste and will certainly appeal to horses and all supporters of healthy eating.

It is the only vegetable oil in which we find significant amounts of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, important from the perspective of preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, we also find omega-6 fatty acids and small amounts of saturated fatty acids. Regular consumption of flaxseed oil strengthens the heart, provides energy, increases the body's immunity, and helps achieve hormonal balance.
