Cavalor Gastro 8 (aid) paste

Horses suffering from stomach irritation or gastric ulcers, tend to have a lack of appetite. For these horses, Cavalor has developed a paste which can be administered directly into the mouth of the horse. The fact that this product is a paste, causes a quicker absorption of the nutrients. Can be combined with Cavalor Gastro 8 (aid) powder.

Cavalor Gastro 8 contains Gentian which stimulates Saliva production, anthelmintic and antiseptic properties. Also ginger is added which protects the stomach mucus. And chestnut extract creates a thin coating around the stomach wall to protect it from the irritation of acid, this gives the ulcers time to heal. Gastro Aid also makes the horse want to eat again. It can be given as a single syringe before stressful situations to prevent ulcers but also as a treatment to heal ulcers.

Dosage:
Day 1 through 5 : 2 syringes/day Day 6 through 10 : 1 syringe/day. Then possibly continue with Gastro Aid (Powder ) or 1 syringe/day.
